Bardock Special
Bardock is the father of Goku. The story is of Bardocks life before he died. In the story, he and his crew are sent to destroy a planet. Of course they demolish it. But the last surviving species shoots Bardock with his last ounce of energy and dies...strangely Bardock gains the capacity to see the future, just like the man who shot him. Over the next few weeks he visions his son...his son being supersaiyan, goku beating frieza, But he cant piece them together, so he takes a day off, while his crew is sent to destroy a planet. He visions his crew. and rushes to the planet they were sent to. It was and ambush, and dodoria and Zarbon had already taken them out and left. Bardock comforts the last living member of his crew. He rips off a piece of clothe and sokes up his friends blood. But he dies, and bardock put the bandana around his head (the red one we see during the frieza saga, and heads off to kill freiza.
The men you saw all around him in the frieza saga are not rebelling with him, but are trying to contain him. He takes out hundreds and finally meets frieza, but right as he throws his energy bomb, the pieces stick together and he realizes that his son kakarot, (goku) was destined to kill frieza. when the big energy ball swallows him up, his last words are.."my son lives."
