Dragon Ball Grand Tour, is the last saga of all DBZGT shows. THe main story board...is its a couple years later, and pilaf has turned goku back into a kid (Chibi San Goku). Then Chibi San Goku, Trunks and Bra, go out into space, i think to find the dragon balls.... i dont know. Anyways when they they reach the planet of the Tsufurujin a parasite named baby (bebi in Japanese) goes back to earth and causes havoc. In vegetas body.. known as Super Baby Vegeta, which is classified as ssj five or six, when they get all these marks on their faces and their hair turns silver. This transformation is bebi supersaiyajin (baby super saiyan). Then a Portal to hell is opened and all the bad guys are released. including one that Dr Gero makes in hell, named super hell android 17 which looks like android 17 but taller slimmer and way more powerful.
